Les Champs De L'Oume is the perfect place to kick back and relax in peaceful countryside surroundings. Our gites have been created from barns and stables, preserving the historic charm of the farmhouse while providing modern amenities and are designed to offer you total comfort, privacy and relaxation. Each gite is fully equipped and features private entrances, parking and outdoor space, providing an intimate experience of French rural living. Our 12 x 6 meter pool with stunning views of the countryside has a summer kitchen, BBQ and covered eating area perfect for cooking and entertaining. Our Mirabelles gîte, named after the seven Mirabelle plum trees in the orchard behind the property, is the perfect place for families and friends to create lasting memories together. Sleeping up to nine guests, it now features three spacious bedrooms, including our new light and airy family room with an en-suite walk-in shower, located just across the play barn.

Inside the main gîte you'll find two large upstairs bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and another with three single beds – along with a spacious living room and a separate, well-equipped kitchen and dining room. Outside, enjoy beautiful views across the orchard while dining beneath the large covered terrace. Children will love the huge attached play barn, while everyone can enjoy the large private garden, the new boules pitch, and plenty of open space to relax, play and explore together.
Les Champs De L'oume is located in the North of the Charente region, known for its vineyards, picturesque villages, and rich history. Explore the nearby towns of Angouleme and Cognac, or take a stroll along the Charente river. Our gites are the perfect base for your French adventure.
